Job Summary – (Role Summary) 工作概述﹣(职位概述)

•Oversees and directs all aspects of the Sales and Marketing activities. Responsibilities include overseeing the planning and development of promotional strategies and marketing plans; oversee and assist with the development and implementation of the sales and marketing plan; management of the sales and marketing team and reporting on effectiveness of the plan. Responsibilities also require direct and routine interaction with Regional Sales and Marketing office.对市场销售活动的各个方面进行监管和指导。职责包括对促销策略和市场计划的开发与策划实施监管；对市场销售计划的发展和实施进行监管和协助；管理市场销售团队，并汇报计划的有效性。本职位还需要与区域销售与市场办公室进行直接的例行交流。

Essential Duties and Responsibilities – (Key Activities of the role)主要职责﹣(职务的主要工作)

•Produce the Annual Revenue Plan, Marketing Budgets and Forecasts 制订年度收益计划、市场预算及预测。

•Produce Action Plan related to the Revenue Plan to ensure Revenue Plan objectives are achieved制订与收益计划相关的工作计划，以确保收益计划目标得以实现

•Provides a professional, advisory support service to the General Manager向总经理提供专业的咨询服务

•Coordinate all methods of maintaining and increasing business volume. This includes advertising, sales promotion, personal selling, publicity, community relations, special sales projects, etc. 协调保持和增加业务量的各种方法，包括广告、促销、个人销售、宣传、社区关系、特别销售项目等。

•Recommend to General Manager the kind of advertising which will be most productive for the hotel by analyzing the market effectiveness of past advertising campaigns and consulting with other Department Heads and the Advertising Agency 分析以往广告活动及向其它部门负责人和广告机构进行咨询，研究何种广告效果最好，并就此向总经理提出建议

•Procure new and repeat business for the hotel by maintaining contact with Airlines, Travel Agencies, Commercial Houses, Private Clubs and Professional Associations within the community and neighboring markets 与社区及周边市场内的航空公司、旅行社、商行、私人俱乐部和行业协会保持联系，以发展新客户及保持老客户

•Review regularly the Public Relations activities to ensure high awareness of the hotel in the local and national media 定期对公关活动进行检查，以保证酒店在当地及全国媒体中的影响力

•Manage the development of new products and services 对新产品和服务的开发进行管理

•Oversee the development of new marketing strategies对新市场策略的发展进行监管

•Conduct market research进行市场调研

Qualifications –学历

•Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or related field. 具有营销，市场或相关领域的学士学位。

Experience –经验

•4 years of relevant experience or similar supervisory role, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.4年相关工作经验或类似的管理经验，或与此相当的教育与工作经验结合的背景。
