JOB OVERVIEW

职位概述

On duty engineer and project manager, is responsible for the management of the hotel engineering air conditioning equipment routine maintenance, to ensure to hotel guests and staff to provide a comfortable and safe environment

· 在值班工程师和工程主管领导下，负责管理酒店的工程空调设备日常维修，以保证给酒店宾客和员工提供舒适安全的环境。

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

工作职责

FINANCIAL RETURNS:

· Earnestly implement the engineering budget plan. Do the daily energy supervision and management, regular well air conditioning equipment preventive maintenance

· 认真落实工程部的预算计划。做好日常的能源监督管理、定期做好空调设备的预防性维修.

· For the equipment maintenance plan, completes the energy conservation and emission reduction, strictly abide by the warehouse material management regulations, reduce engineering consumables

· 做好设备计划维修保养，做好节能减排，严格遵守库房的物料管理规定，减少工程部的消耗品

· Deal with daily affairs between employees, plan and distribution of work, set your work performance target. Study hard professional technology and give regular feedback, correctly solve various staff conflict, improve staff performance.

· 处理好之间员工日常事务，计划并分配工作，为自己设定工作绩效目标。认真学习专业技术并给予定期反馈，正确解决各种员工冲突，提高员工绩效。

· On the basis of the national, provincial and local laws and safety regulations to provide education and training of the employees. Make sure you get proper training. And constantly improve themselves to share their learning experience

· 依据国家、省市、地方法律和安全法规参加员工提供的教育和培训。确保自己获得适当的培训。并不断的完善自我分享学习经验。

· Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other department heads.

· 提升质量服务和团队合作，日常工作中加强与其他部门的沟通和协调。

·To different type of engineering between cooperation, coordination between departments each hotel working relationship

· 做好工程部不同工种之间的合作，协调各个酒店部门之间工作关系。

GUEST EXPERIENCE:

· Responsible for engineering department received maintenance single priorities arrangement, the guests in the proposed maintenance first time arrangement. The urgent need to the guest.

· 负责工程部收到的维修单轻重缓急安排，客人在提出的维修第一时间安排。急客人之所急，想客人之所。

·Make maintenance fan coil, the cold storage, the freezer repair and maintenance, and always maintain the equipment running well, give a guest leave a good first impression.

· 做好维修风机盘管、冷库、冰柜维修和保养，永远保持设备运行良好，给客人留下美好第一印象。

·To put forward the additional service requirements, as far as possible to meet.

· 对客人提出额外服务要求，尽可能做到满足。

· Timely and efficient maintenance and order all kinds of required components and materials, and at the same time, reduce waste, promote "green" environmental protection.

· 及时、高效地维护和订购各种所需部件和物资，同时减少浪费，促进“绿色”环保。

·May be responsible for the security of the hotel, ensure that will steal, crime and other to minimize risk

· 可能对酒店的安全负责，确保将偷窃、犯罪和其他风险降至最低

ACCOUNTABILITY

Perform other assigned tasks, may need to acting as the Engineering Supervisor

· 完成其他分配的任务，可能需要担任代理工程主管。

· This position is to do a small hotel engineering HVAC mechanic, or do a big hotel engineering HVAC or technical school air conditioning professional apprentice.

· 此岗位是做过小型酒店工程部空调工技工，或是做过大型酒店工程部空调工或是技校空调专业学徒。

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

任职要求

High school, secondary vocational and technical school or have two years of low voltage electric experience, have the same scale hotel work experience and professional certificate test is preferred.

· 具有高中、中等专业技校或有两年以上弱电经历，有同等规模酒店工作经验及有专业证书验者优先。
