JOB OVERVIEW

职位概述

Under the general guidance of the Training Manager, and within the limits of IHG policies, procedures and Human Resource Framework, responsible for assist Training Manager to manage the hotel’s training function, including developing a complement of qualified departmental trainers and establishes a hotel system for generating training data and evaluating results. The Training Officer position impacts on the skills, knowledge and attitudes of every hotel employee and ensures the availability and use of effective resources. The position also plays a leading role in promoting the desired work culture around the Winning Ways of Do the right thing, Show we care, Celebrate difference, Aim higher and Work better together and the brand ethos.  

在培训经理的领导及监督下,按照既定的洲际酒店集团的政策及流程及人力资源工作框架,负责协助培训经理管理酒店培训事务,包括发展合格的部门培训师,并建立一个酒店培训数据与结果评估系统。该职位在围绕洲际酒店集团的作对的事情、体现关爱、求同存异、追求卓越、团队合作及品牌精神等方面发挥着领导的作用。

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

FINANCIAL RETURNS:

· Maintains and cares for the Training room, training equipments and materials.

· 维护并照看培训教室,培训设施和材料。

· Assists the Training Manager with the preparation of the Training Budget.

· 协助培训经理制定培训预算的准备工作。

· Assists in controlling the training costs and expenses.

· 协助控制培训和成本和开支。

· Complete the process of applying for training relative payment

· 完成培训费用申请等相关财务程序。

· Assists the Training Manager in the implementation of all training programs.

· 协助培训经理关于培训活动的执行工作。

· Prepares weekly and monthly training schedules and monthly training report.

· 准备培训周进度表和月进度表,还有培训月度报告。

· Checks that all lessons are conducted in a professional manner and according to instructions issued by the Training Manager.

· 检查所有的课程是否都以专业的精神并且按照培训经理的要求进行。

· Supervises and evaluates local teachers’ performance together with related feedback from staff & plan future sessions accordingly.

· 借助相关的员工学习反应和往后的课程计划来督导和评估本地教师的表现。

· Assists Training Manager in sourcing for training materials appropriate to the Hotel staff and responsible for purchasing or having materials printed.

· 协助培训经理收集酒店员工的培训材料,并且负责这些材料的采购和保存工作。

· Assists in developing and conducting English placement examinations and proficiency tests as required.

· 按要求协助发展和引导英语就业考试和熟练程度测试的工作。

· Maintains and updates records of all training programs conducted.

· 保存和更新所有培训活动的记录。

· Performs teaching duties in a professional manner, according to instructions issued by the Training Manager.

· 以专业的精神并按照培训经理的要求履行教学任务。

· Conducts new hire orientation including fire and safety, grooming and hygiene, telephone manners, English training courses as required.

· 按要求对新员工做入职培训,包括消防安全,仪容仪表和卫生,电话接听礼仪和英语课程项目的培训。

· Communicates and coordinates with other Departments for name lists of participants who will be attending training.

· 与其他部门交流和协调参加培训的人员名单。

· Assists in coordinating and liaising with Departments or sister hotels concerned on sending staff out for cross-training and exposure both in PRC and overseas.

· 帮助协调和联系部门或姊妹酒店关于派出员工在国内或国外进行交叉培训的工作。

· Performs any other duties or responsibilities as required by Management.

· Demonstrate Awareness of OH&S policies and procedures and ensure all procedures are conducted safely and within OH&S guidelines and ensure your direct reports do the same

· 确保了解OH&S政策和程序的内容,确保所有程序的得以安全执行且符合OH&S指导方针,同事保证直接下属同样遵照该标准。

· Log security incidents and accidents in accordance with hotel requirements

· 依照酒店要求记录安全事故和意外事件。

· Compiles training materials according to staff needs, including audio-visual and other teaching aids.

· 根据员工的需求编汇培训材料,包括准备视听材料和教学用具。

· Assists in maintaining a comprehensive, current and guest focused set of departmental standards and procedures and oversees their implementation through ongoing training

· 通过持续的培训来帮助维护一个广泛的,正确的和建立在以客人为核心上的部门标准和程序,并且总揽他们的执行情况

 

RESPONSIBLE BUSINESS:

· Be familiar with property safety, first aid and fire and emergency procedures and operate equipment safely and sensibly

· Initiate action to correct a hazardous situation and notify supervisors of potential dangers

· 主动采取措施缓解危机情势,并通知相关潜在危险的处理人。

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

任职要求

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resources or Training.  / 2 years of relevant experience or similar supervisory role, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.

具有人力资源或培训的毕业证书。2年相关工作经验或相似的管理经验,或与此相当的教育与工作经验结合的背景。
