KeyResponsibilities:
1. Responsible for the training managementof all hotel.
2.Developtheannual training planof hotel,guide the departmentsto develop training programs,oversee the implementation, check and review.
3. Establish effective trainingmechanism , organize and establish the hoteltraining network, coordinate and supervise and evaluate the work of departments trainers.
4. Responsible for the hotel training programs, the annual training plan and training budget.
5. Responsible for the validation of training materials, development of training topics and training methods.
6. Assist in processing the department s dailypersonnel and administrative affairs.
7. Responsible forthe edit of hotel s propagandacolumns and the internal publication ofhotel.
8. Responsible for organizing allemployeesactivities andyear-end related activities.
9. Establish the training networkofhotel, the establishevaluation systemof trainers / employees.
10. Develop the training calendarand conduct the summarized assessmentmonthly.
11. Organize theforeign language trainingof departments, developthe reward and punishment system of foreign language assessment.
12.Complete theotherwork assigned by director of human resources timely.
RequiredQualifications必要的资历要求:
1.Universityandabove.
大学及以上资历。
2.MinimumEnglishTestLevel4.
至少英文4级。
3.Minimum2yearsrelatedworkingexperienceinhotelindustry.
至少2年相关酒店工作经验。
4.Minimum4yearsrelevanttrainingexperience.
至少四年相关培训经验。
5.Energetic,Possessinitiativeandwillingtotakeonextraresponsibilitieswhenrequired.
