岗位职责
1.落实董事长分派的各项工作任务。
2.审定酒店财务计划、管理制度和工作程序,落实岗位责任制。
3.参与酒店重要经济问题的分析和决策,参加酒店主要经济合同的谈判、签署,并监督执行。
4.控制、监督酒店的收入、成本和费用,协助建立并督导实施成本和费用控制和各项制度。
5.审查施工合同,监督施工过程中各项资金的使用,确保各投资项目的资金合理使用。
6.审核酒店各类物资采购供应计划。
7.深入各部门,检查工作情况,发现问题及时督办。
岗位要求
1、大专以上学历,酒店管理或英语专业。
2、2年以上同等职位工作经验。
3、良好个人品质和职业道德,严格遵守有关法律、法规和规章。
4、良好的沟通技巧,较强的语言表达能力和灵活的处事能力。
5、良好的沟通、组织、协调能力,能独立协调对内对外各种关系。
