RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Be responsiblefor Concierge Services, Bell Service, Doorman, Drivers and Airport Representative

    负责管理礼宾部, 提供礼宾服务、行李服务、迎宾及交通服务

  2. Provide detailedand accurate information to guests and other departments on a wide variety ofservices and facilities both within and outside the establishment

    向客人和其它部门提供关于饭店内外广泛的服务和设施的详细而准确的信息

  3. Ensure mail andmessages are distributed without delay after receipt

    确保邮件和留言在被接收后及时的分发

  4. Ensure luggageis correctly stored, labeled, and recorded in luggage control book

    确保行李被正确的储存、贴标签并且记录在行李登记簿上

  5. Ensure thedriveway is kept clear of vehicles and co-ordinate valet parking when required.

    确保车道不被车辆阻塞并且在需要时协助代客泊车的工作.

  6. Ensure promptand safe hotel car service

    确保迅速和安全的饭店汽车交通服务

  7. Oversee activityin main lobby and assist the Guest Service Agents whenever possible

  10. Brief staff onall group arrivals and departures, itineraries, name of group, number of roomsand name of tour guide and current house availability

  11. Take part in thepreparation and planning of department goals and objectives

  37. Ensure allreporting and servicing deadlines are met on a timely basis
