一、岗位职责：

1、熟悉前厅、客房运作流程。

2、调查研究竞争品牌和标杆酒店的产品服务发展，汲取先进理念、技术和标准，结合酒店管理公司的品牌酒店定位，进行房务产品服务设计、优化酒店产品服务和运营管理，提升房务产品服务竞争力。

3、制定品牌酒店房务运营管理体系。设计、完善品牌酒店产品服务提供流程、操作标准和房务部门管理制度，培训、督导各品牌酒店房务运营管理体系的导入实施。

4、房务体系质量管理。与管理公司和酒店的培训质检部协作，通过日常的质检、顾客满意度调查和暗访活动，实施酒店房务体系的质量控制。

二、任职要求：

1、年龄：35周岁以下。

2、学历：本科及以上学历。

3、熟悉电脑操作，熟悉前厅、客房运作流程。

4、热爱酒店工作，反应敏捷，创新意识强，善于交际，具有较好的管理协调及解决问题的能力。

5、良好的心理承受能力，在工作中始终保持积极的态度。

6、注重细节，工作有责任心，敢于承担责任，执行力较强。

7、有上进心和良好的学习能力和抗压能力。
