坚持走动管理，现场检查指导工作。每天应检查巡视各岗位一次。审阅各岗位运行报表、维修记录；巡查各岗位劳动纪律和工作状况，纠正违章、违纪、违反操作规定的“三违”现象。巡查中发现问题，应责令整改，如不能马上解决，及时调配并现场督导工程部有关人员协调解决。设备检修中无法解决的问题，及时联系维修厂家或供应商协助处理，专人跟踪记录并向上汇报。每日记录与审核，每月向主管领导提交工程部设备维护报表和能源消耗报表，为酒店经营管理提供依据。
