Prepares daily assignments for the PA attendants of all shifts and conducts pre-shift briefings.

Prepares weekly duty rosters based on expected business volume.

Ensures that the attendants have all the necessary equipment such as brooms, mops etc.
确保服务员配备工作所需的工具如扫把，拖把等等。
Checks with Executive Housekeeper for any outstanding work to be done.
与行政管家确认是否有其他需要完成的工作。
Ensures that all areas are clean, tidy and furniture and fixtures are in good repair.

Informs the Executive Housekeeper verbally or through entry in log book of any inadequacies discovered during the shift or with regards to a contract staff issues.

Ensures that all equipment is cleaned before it is returned to the storage room and that the storage room is in good order.

Takes over night shift from time to time and tries to find solutions to problems encountered..

Pays special attention to function areas, toilets and ashtrays during functions and events.
