Adhere to local regulations and hotel standards concerning health, safety or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards, policies and procedures. Provide high standards of hygiene, sanitation and cleanliness in kitchens, dish washing and back of the house areas.

Discuss with the Chief Steward finalize the minimum and maximum stocks of Stewarding Materials and equipment. Monitors local competitors and makes professional comparisons with the Hotel Stewarding Operation. Keeps aware of local market trends, systems, practices and equipment in Food & Beverage through trade literature, Hotel exhibitions and site visits.
与管事部经理商议决定管事部材料和设备的最小与最大库存。留意当地的竞争对手，对管事部的运作进行专业化的比较分析。通过行业资料、展会及现场参观等方式把握餐饮的趋势、体系、行业贯例与设备。
Assists the chief Steward in determining minimum and maximum stocks and controls the par stocks of all materials and equipment. Keep in touch with Engineering Department to schedule the preventive maintenance and repairs.
协助管事部经理制定最小最大库存，并对标准库存的材料与设备进行控制。与工程部员工保持沟通，制定设备预防性维护的计划表。
Adhere to the hotel’s security and emergency policies and procedures. Be familiar with property safety, current first aid and fire emergency procedures. Log security incidents in accordance with hotel requirements. Adhere to hotel cleaning and maintenance programs.
坚持遵守酒店安全制度、紧急情况处理规定和程序。熟悉对财产安全、紧急救护和火警等处理程序。依照酒店要求记录安全日志和事故记录。遵循酒店清洁及维持计划
Conduct training to stewarding team members as per department requirement. Supervise and conduct on job training on daily basis in order to increase department productivity and highest quality standards.
