1. Assist DOBD to coordinate with all functional heads for business objective and company plan alignment.

协助发展总监完成与各部门主管的协调工作以完成商业目标和公司的合作。

2. Monthly track achievements vs targets in dashboard and consolidate evaluation summaries from all functions and departments.

每月跟踪落实各部门的业绩和归纳各部门的工作总结。

3. Consolidate projects initiated by all department heads and help DOBD arrange weekly management meeting to update project progress and results.

归整各部门提出的计划，协助发展总监完成每周的管理会议，以更新计划进展和结果。

4. Assist DOBD in business document compiling and translation such as routine business report, draw up notification letter.

协助项目发展总监归整商业文档并且翻译日常商业报告，起草公函。

5. Help DOBD to setup itinerary for various meeting, business trip and appointment with customers.

协助发展总监完成各项会议的起草筹备工作，安排商业出差（考察）和与客人的会面。

7. Other tasks assigned by DOBD.

其他与发展总监安排有关的各项任务。

Qualifications:

任职要求：

1.Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written and understand the primarylanguage(s) used in the work place.

在口头和书面上有良好的沟通技巧，并且拥有工作岗位需要的最基本的语言交流能力；

2. Bachelor degree or above, corporate marketing or related disciplines.

本科以上学历，企业营销或相关学科。

3. Possesses leadership and strong interpersonal skills and able to make sound independent decision.

4. Ambitious, quality focused, good commumication skill under working pressure
