Duties & Responsibilities:
职责义务:1. Provide a professional,advisory and executive support service to the Training
Academy Director toassist in meeting the strategic goals of the Hotel.

department/hotel needs.
为满足部门和酒店特殊的需求,设计、制作相应培训课程并进行培训6. Drives and monitor hotel’s training, promoteSwisstouchesbrand &Swisstouches
Training Academy.
推动和监督全酒店的培训、推广瑞斯丽品牌及瑞斯丽培训学院7. Administer the trainingbudget and purchase training materials as required.
管理培训预算,根据要求进行培训采购8. Ensure that all familymembers comply with the grooming and uniform
standards.
保证所有家庭成员仪容仪表符合酒店标准9. Ensure all family membersreceiveongoing training in
SwisstouchesAcademyTraining Programs.

Qualifications:
任职要求:
1. Bachelor Degree or above
本科及以上学历
2. Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written and understand the
primary languages used in the workplace.
