Responsibilities:
岗位职责1. Quality assurance according to SOP’S.
严格遵守酒店标准服务程序
2. Coordinate operations within and betweenotherdepartments/units
andcultivate good working relations.

3. Implement performance appraisals, providing regularguidance andgoal setting where appropriate.
实施工作评估,定期提供指导和制定正确的工作目标
4. Develop and review performance standards for operationsin the
department.
回顾和发展部门内的执行程序的标准
5. Be familiar with current first aid and fire emergency proceduresand
ensure all Security associates are ready to respond as per established
procedures.
熟悉急救程序及消防紧急措施,确保本部门每个员工都能随时按酒
店的既定工作程序做出反应
6. Take appropriate action to resolve guest complaints. Communicate
with guests in a manner which promotes goodwill, trust and
satisfaction.

7. Interact with departments and hotel associates inaprofessional and
positive manner to foster good rapport, promote team spiritand
ensure effective two-way communication.

8. Responsible for establishing and maintaining good working
connections and relations with local public security bureau.

Requirements:
岗位要求:1. Knowledge of hotel fire and life safetysystem.
熟悉饭店内的消防救生系统
2. General management and leadershipskills.
具有管理才能
3. Thorough understanding of the rules and regulations ofother local
government authorities pertaining to the licensing and operationof
hotels.
熟悉由当地政府机构制定的有关饭店各类许可及运营的各项规章制
度.
4. Minimum 5 year experience in Security position, preferablyin a hotelPreferred bilingual (English and Chinese).
至少 5年保安工作经验,最好有在饭店作保安工作的经验。最好掌握两种语言(英文和中文)
