建立完善酒店财务制度严格执行管理集团的财务要求。
 起草各种管理制度，落实各有关制度。
 编写年度财务预算。
 负责酒店的财产管理。
 检查各种财务报告的及时、正确性，向总经理呈报报表。
 检查各项税金的上缴，加强与财政部门的业务联系，协调外部关系，取得有关信息。
 配合各级外部审计查账工作，审核检查所有对外编报的数据及财务报表，确保无误方可报出。
进行酒店日常采购管理
提供现金流量预测，通过对存货，信用授权，应收，应付账款，存汇款的控制，使酒店现金流产生最大效益。
 财务管理、会计、金融相关专业、本科及以上学历者优先考虑。
国际联号，筹备开业经验优先
 具有5年以上酒店财务工作经验，熟悉酒店财务管理模式。
 具有丰富的酒店财务管理、营运分析、成本控制的经验和技巧。
 熟练运用会计电算化和各种财务软件。
 工作细致、严谨，具有较强的工作热情和责任感。
 良好中英文书写和口头表达能力，优秀的沟通、分析能力，对酒店忠诚度高。
Establish and improve the financial system of the hotel and strictly implement the financial requirements of the management group.
To draft various management systems and implement related systems.
Prepare annual financial budget.
Responsible for property management of the hotel.
To check the timeliness and accuracy of various financial reports and submit them to the general manager.
Check the tax payment, strengthen the business contact with the financial department, coordinate the external relations, get the related information.
Cooperate with all levels of external audit to check the accounts, review and check all external compiled data and financial statements, and ensure that no error can be reported.
Responsible for hotel purchasing management
Provide cash flow forecast to maximize the benefits of hotel cash flow through the control of inventory, credit authorization, accounts receivable, accounts payable, deposit and remittance.
Major in financial management, accounting, finance, bachelor degree or above is preferred.
International union, experience in preparation and opening is preferred
At least 5 years working experience in hotel finance, familiar with hotel financial management mode.
Rich experience and skills in hotel financial management, operation analysis, cost control.
Proficient in accounting computerization and various financial software.
Meticulous and rigorous in work, with strong work enthusiasm and sense of responsibility.
Good English and Chinese writing and oral expression skills, excellent communication and analysis skills, high loyalty to the hotel.
