Ensure consistency in high standards in service, food and beverage quality. Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure a positive environment for both guests and fellow employees. Adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards, local policies and procedures.

Review Engagement and Pulse Reports and form action plans to address issues reflected in the staff survey
 浏览员工满意度报告并制定行动计划，以解决反映在员工调查的中的问题
Communicate to his/her superior any issues encountered, guest comments and other relevant information  
 及时向直属上级沟通任何遇到的问题，宾客的反馈和相关信息
Establish and maintain positive working relationships with fellow employees
 与同事建立并维系良好的工作关系
Resolve and follow up with any guest-related issues arise during functions and events. Rectify in a professional and satisfactory manner while abiding to hotel’s policies
 解决并跟进在活动或宴会中发生的与宾客相关的纠纷。在遵守酒店政策的前提下以专业的态度完满解决纷争
High school education is required. Diploma in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage or related field preferred. 2 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Supervisory experience preferred.
高中以上学历。持酒店管理，餐饮或相关行业文凭者优先。2 年相关经验或相当的在职教育工作经验。有管理经验者优先。
