Job Responsibilities

1.Monitor and review daily inventory and rate control through the use of reports completed in this role - including booking pace, regrets, sales thresholds, market segmentation, market success, variance and build-ups, availability calendar, call performances and adjust future strategies as required.
通过报表来监控和审查日常的房价——包括预订流程, 市场研究，市场定位,和未来的调整策略等。
2.Control the booking pace and cut-off date enforcement for groups.
管理预订流程和团队的入住日期。
3.Co-ordinate throughout hotel, effective rate and inventory controls, forecasting and market mix management and other hotel operations responsibilities with the effective use of revenue management.
协调整个酒店,有效地管理，预测房价和利用收益管理来协助酒店的运营。
4.Analyse daily occupancy by meeting space and identify risks and opportunities.
分析每天的入住率和识别风险和机遇。


Requirements

1.Fluent in English and Mandarin.
流利的中英文沟通能力。
2.A minimum of Five  years cross-functional experience in hotel sales and rate and inventory control positions.
至少五年的酒店同等岗位销售和房价调整经验。
3.Excellent interpersonal and human relations abilities.
卓越的人际关系沟通能力。 
4.Strong team playing skills.
优秀的团队合作能力。 
5.Strong leadership skills and mature professionalism.
