一、岗位职责

1．全面负责金陵快餐公司经营工作，带领员工共同努力达成《年度目标责任书》所确定的各项目标任务。

2．负责制定金陵快餐公司管理目标和经营方针，制定各种规章制度、服务操作规程和各岗位职责等，并监督贯彻执行。

3．负责挖掘消费者需求，制定菜品优化方案并推动实施；负责广泛收集同行业和市场信息，及时处理投诉并持续改进。

二、任职条件

1．年龄在40周岁以上，5年以上餐饮部门助理及以上管理经验。

2．认同并践行金陵饭店企业文化，具有强烈的服务意识、创新精神和组织领导、沟通协调能力。

3．熟悉餐饮成本核算和控制，深刻了解餐饮行业现状与未来发展趋势，具有强烈的自我驱动精神和应变能力、抗压能力。

4．品行端正，公道正派，勇于担当，善于团结同事。
