   Ensure that the first mission of duty engineers is safe operation of equipments and the affiliated in systems on duty.
-          Ensure that equipments and the affiliated are running in good condition. Organize staff to rectify and dispose errors and problems immediately.
-          On the condition of economy and safety of hotel, cooperate with relative staff, absorb and sum up schemes on best economy operating, and try your best to save energy in the hotel.
-          Learn techniques, and master electricity supplying type and line way, AC system running and kinds of pipelines way, fire system operation and alarm progress, economy running of elevator, and disposal of emergency in every system.
-          Constitute monthly and yearly maintenance scheme and prepare articles and parts scheme. Report to CE regularly. Organize and arrange maintenance scheme in practice. Establish work standard. Supervise staff to guarantee work quality and improve work efficiency.
-          Participate in major change and technology extending. Make rational suggestions on objection of equipments. Perfect management and operation in hotel.
-          Perform maintenance scheme assigned by superior. Inspect work quality and efficiency of relative staff on shift. Carry out and put job responsibility system into effect. Supervise staff to perform operation procedure and obey staff’s rules strictly.
-           Master running conditions and controlling status in the system. Check running table regularly. Rectify, analyze and handle immediately errors and abnormities.
-          Check staff’s attendance, manage technology files and supervise staff to maintain equipments regularly. Make a record on changing parts and maintenance, tidy up files and control quality.
-          Mater science and technology’s development, extend new technology, reconstruct unreasonable equipments, perfect objection left by construction, participate designing on major reconstruction, give reasonable plan in correspond with the previous system and supervise contractor’s works. Guarantee that work quality and progress is according with design request.

-          对当值期间所管辖的各系统运行设备以经济、安全调度的角度出发，与工程部有关人员密切配合，不断吸收和总结最佳的经济运行方案，力图为本酒店节省能耗。
-          努力学习技术，熟练地掌握酒店的供电方式及电线走向，空调系统运行及各种管道的走向，消防系统的运作及警报过程，电梯系统的经济运行调度以及各系统紧急事故的处理。
-          负责制定所管辖系统设备月度和年度的维修保养计划及备品、备件计划、定期报送总监审定，并负责组织安排维修保养计划的实施，制定工作标准，督导下属保证工作质量提高工作效率。
-          积极参与工程部对本酒店各系统设备的重大改造和技术推广，针对有关设备缺陷提出合理化建议，不断完善酒店优质管理和运作。
-          切实执行上级安排好的各项例行维修保养计划，检查当值期间各系统的维护保养设备人员的工作质量与工作效率。认真贯彻落实岗位责任制，督促下属员工严格执行操作规程及遵守员工守则。
-          掌握所管理系统的运行情况及控制状态，定期审阅运行表，发现错误和异常应立即校正和分析处理。
-          审核下属员工考勤，做好技术档案管理工作，督促下属做好设备故障维修定期保养及做好零部件更换记录和保养工作表，整理归档，把好技术质量关。
掌握科技发展动态，认真推广新技术，改造不合理的设备，完善和施工遗留的缺陷，对所属系统的重大改造工程参与设计，提出与原系统匹配可行的方案，监管承包商的工作，把握工作质量与进度能完全符合本酒店设计要求的性能。
