Aid with the continued development of the Fairmont Peace Hotel’s positioning as the leading Food and Beverage destination in Shanghai.
协助费尔蒙和平饭店的持续发展，并实现其作为在上海餐首屈一指的餐饮目的地             
 
Ongoing control and enhancement of quality standards and guest service.
持续管理和提高质量标准和宾客服务
 
Daily supervision, coordination and direction of the outlet colleagues and leaders, anticipating and ensuring prompt, courteous service.
日常监督，协调和管理本部门的同事和主管，确保提供及时，周到的服务。
 
Ensure that all employees report for duty in the outlet with correct uniform in a timely manner.
确保所有员工按时到岗，正确地穿着制服
 
Ensuring that the Dragon Phoenix maintains a first class and positive visual impact including; ambiance, cleanliness, orderliness, décor and service flows.
确保整个部门和其职能保持一流的品质和良好的视觉效果其中包括：环境氛围，整洁，有序，装饰和服务流程
 
Handle customer comments and complaints and take swift corrective action to resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction.
处理客户意见和投诉，迅速采取纠正措施来解决问题从而达到客人的满意。
 
Working together with the Director of Food & Beverage and the Outlet Chef de Cuisine, to develop new menu ideas and promotions.
和餐饮部总监和主厨共同合作来开发新的菜单和促销活动
 
Working with the teams to create new ideas and promotions resulting in increased opportunities for Food & Beverage Sales.
与团队共同合作开发新的想法和促销活动，为餐饮部的销售额带来新的增长机会
 
Working with the kitchen, stewarding and all restaurant leaders to ensure and promote that teamwork is a strong component of the daily service culture.
与厨房和管事部共同协作，确保所有餐饮服务达到或超过宾客期望，将促进团队合作作为日常服务文化的一个重要组成部分
 
Overall recruiting, staffing and scheduling ensuring an adequate balanced staff and leadership level while maintaining forecasted productivities.
负责人员编制与调度，从而确保有足够的服务人员为宾客提供服务。同时领导团队完成预期目标
 
Ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for all guests and colleagues.
确保为所有客人和同事提供一个安全和健康的工作环境
 
Monitoring and continued development of food & beverage controls.
监测和进行持续的餐饮发展管理
 
The continuous development and performance management of all colleagues and leaders in The Cathay Room according to Fairmont values and standards.
根据费尔蒙的价值和标准不断发展和在西餐厅的所有同事及领导的绩效管理
 
Facilitating Reach and setting LEAD goals for all The Cathay Room leaders and and colleagues’ performance reviews.
为华懋阁的所有主管设定和达到相应的目标，并回顾评述本部门领导层及员工表现
 
Ensuring all training processes are set up and maintained for all leaders and colleagues
协助为所有的同事和主管制定和进行相应得员工培训计划
 
Reports suspicious people, parcels, and behavior to Security.
报告可疑的人，包裹，以及和安保有关的行为
 
Ensures adherence to Fairmont’s Code of Ethics.
确保遵守费尔蒙的道德准则。
 
Do not entertain unannounced visits from beverage or material suppliers. All outside company representatives must conduct business through the Food & Beverage office only.
不准受理的饮料或材料供应商的访问。所有业务必须通过餐饮部办公室
 
Constantly strive to reduce energy consumption through awareness.
通过提高认识来不断降低能源消耗
 
Models Fairmont values in all guest and colleague interactions.

Participates and supports hotel committees (Service Plus, OHS, Green Team, QIT).

Perform all other tasks as assigned by the Management
