The Dragon Phoenix Assistant Manager will report directly to the restaurant Manager.
龙凤厅助理经理直接向餐厅经理进行报告
 
Comfortable with busy high quality operations, managing multi tasks as well as having strong interpersonal skills.
适应快节奏、高质量和成功的餐饮营运，处理多种工作，以及拥有较强的人际沟通技巧
 
Assist the manager to achieve the results of all pillars (Guest Satisfaction, Financial, Colleague, Health and Safety).
协助经理完成一些重要工作负责（客户满意度，财务，同事，健康和安全）
 
In the absence of the restaurant manager the Assistant Manager handles all managerial duties.
在餐厅经理不在时助理经理要处理所有管理工作
 
To maintain clear communications with the restaurant Manager, including all relative internal communications, and to relay all guest comments both positive and negative. Further pass on all necessary communications to the Food & Beverage team.
和餐厅经理保持明确的沟通，包括所有相关的内部沟通，并转达来自客人的正面及负面的意见。并和餐饮部的整个团队保持进一步的沟通
 
To train and develop all staff to operate to the required standards as established by the Hotel and Food & Beverage department, and keep appropriate documentation.
培育和发展所有工作人员根据酒店和餐饮部的要求标准来合作，保存相关文档
 
To ensure that department trainers plan and implement continuous effective training for employees.
确定部门的培训计划并且进行持续有效的员工培训
 
To ensure that agreed safety standards are communicated, upheld or surpassed, at all times.
在任何时候都要对安全标准进行沟通，维护并超越
 
To abide by all rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the hotel.
遵守所有规则，规章，政策和酒店的程序
 
To ensure the effective inter departmental communications are conducted in a professional manner.
确保有效的跨部门通信专业的方式进行
 
Fully participate in the SPMM program
积极参与“服务附加记忆缔造者”项目
 
Aid with the continued development of the Fairmont Peace Hotel’s positioning as the leading Food and Beverage destination in Shanghai.
协助费尔蒙和平饭店的持续发展，并实现其作为在上海餐首屈一指的餐饮目的地
 
Ongoing control and enhancement of quality standards and guest service.
持续管理和提高质量标准和宾客服务
 
Daily supervision, coordination and direction of the outlet colleagues and leaders, anticipating and ensuring prompt, courteous service.
日常监督，协调和管理本部门的同事和主管，确保提供及时，周到的服务
 
Ensure that all employees report for duty in the outlet with correct uniform in a timely manner.
确保所有员工按时到岗，正确地穿着制服
 
Ensuring that Dragon Phoenix maintains a first class and positive visual impact including; ambiance, cleanliness, orderliness, décor and service flows.
确保整个宴会部门和其职能保持一流的品质和良好的视觉效果其中包括：环境氛围，整洁，有序，装饰和服务流程
