岗位职责
1．熟悉系统软件结构和硬件的配置，掌握排除一般软硬件故障的方法。
2．定期维护保养系统打印机工作站，并处理一般故障问题。
3．应答电脑使用部门提出的各种有关问题
4．定期对电脑杀毒工作。
5．定期建立电脑系统数据备份，并注明标记。
6．观察系统主机运行情况，控制机房温度和湿度。
7．掌握在紧急状态下，系统的启动及停机处理方法。

岗位要求
1大专学历，具有2年电脑工作经验。
2.精通计算机专业知识，具备饭店管理系统的基本知识。
3.有一定的英语阅读能力。
4.能独立解决日常电脑系统出现的各种问题。
5.能进行设备的日常维护。对工作认真负责，保证电脑系统的正常运行。
6.具有一定的组织管理协调能力。
