1.      促使最高房价，最高收益和转换的达成。Drives the achievement of maximum room rate, yield and conversions.
 
2.      展示对酒店系统的深入了解以保证客户信息，活动策划，预测与结果的数据信息的正确获取。Demonstrates an in depth knowledge and understanding of hotel systems to ensure appropriate capture of data for client information, events, forecasts and results.
 
3.      管理悦榕的收益系统，以监视住房率，管理超额预定，促销价格，取消定房，房价和库存控制，跟踪定房统计表并保持同步报告。Manages BTHR revenue systems  in order to monitor occupancy, managing overbooking, tracking of promotional offers, denials, rate and inventory control by tracking booking statistics and maintaining pace reports.
 
4.      留心注意服务业的发展趋势，本地的，地区的和国际的经济因素，网络科技的对市场和销售的影响。Analyses captured data in noting hospitality trends, local, regional & international economic factors, web/technological shifts in marketing and sales by competitive set properties.
 
5.      保持，更新和分享在主要日程表上的信息，此日程表主要关于外部活动策划，竞争者等级信息，平均实际房价突破（RGI），商务客户的到达和消费形式，定房取消报告，系统贡献和表现在渠道和市场细分上的房费收入的趋势。Maintains, updates and shares information in the areas of a master calendar of external events, competitor rate intelligence, RevPar penetration (RGI), arrival and spending patterns of commercial accounts, denial reports, system contribution and trends in rooms revenues by channel and segment.
 
6.      为所有收益产生部门监视竞争者的定价，了解本地市场动态和需求产生者，并且建议关于酒店的定价和市场混和战略的适当行动策略。Monitors competitor pricing (The Bench, where applicable) for all revenue generating departments, understands the dynamic of the local market and the demand generators, and recommends appropriate actions in relation to the hotel’s pricing and market mix strategy.
 
7.      监视旅游点击率查看报告并且汇编每周的竞争者活动趋势。Monitors Travelclick's Rate View reports and compile weekly trends of competitor activity on these channels.
 
8.      主持收益会议并编写会议需要的，呈现关键因素或趋势等的分析报告。Leads revenue meetings, and generates reports and analyses needed for these meetings, displaying key facts/trends etc.
 
9.      负责在企业内部网上管理所有的第三方经销商，确保在符合悦榕标准和规则的前提下，实现最低网络费用保证。Responsible for managing all third party distributors on extranets ensuring compliance with the Lowest Internet Rate Guarantee in compliance with BTHR standards and rules.
 
 
10.  为客房预定部和前厅部在高档消费和谈判技巧上，提供技术支持和培训。Provides technical and training support to Reservations and Front Office on up-selling and negotiating techniques.
 
11.准备并完成常规的和团队的报告，需要时接受特殊的任务，特别是和竞争者信息和市场有关系的时候。Prepare sand complete regular and ad-hoc reports and take on special projects when required especially relating to competitor information and market.
 
12.完成由部门经理安排完成的工作。Complete the tasks as directed by Department Head.
