岗位职责
1. 贯彻执行销售总监安排的工作；
2. 负责调查市场信息，定期向销售经理汇报工作情况；
3. 负责与客户之间的联系，外出拜访客户，密切与客户的沟通，建立良好的客户关系；
4. 负责客户档案资料的管理工作；
5. 定期写出销售计划及执行情况的报告；
6. 协助酒店有关部门做好销售前台的接待工作；
7. 定期向销售总监提交销售工作报告、市场情况、存在的问题及今后工作的建议、设想等。

任职资格
1. 大专以上学历，有MICE方向相关岗位工作经验3年以上；
2. 具备销售学、酒店管理学、旅游心理学等知识储备；
3. 了解合同法及付款基本业务知识；
4. 有较好的语言表达能力，具备起草工作计划及业务工作报告的能力；
5. 能熟练使用电脑及其他现代办公自动化软件系统。
