1.As per instructions from ACE, supervise and co-ordinate with the contractor to carry out minor projects or renovation work.
根据副总工的要求，监督外单位承担大修、技术改造和工程项目，并组织人员密切配合，保证工程符合规定的要求。
2.Assist ACE to work out maintenance schedule.
  协助副总工制定设备维修、技术改造和设备更新等计划，在执行中如发生问题及时向副总工汇报。
3.Supervise the duty team to improve working efficiency and lower down the cost.
搞好班组管理，采取改进措施，提高工作效率，控制维修成本。
4.Keep ACE informed of spare parts required.
制定各班组的备品、备件，上报副总工。
5.In accordance with preventive maintenance schedule, check all plant room, public area and give instruction to duty team to do the routine maintenance work.
按照预防性维保计划对各大机房、公共区域、餐厅、客房机电设备进行巡查，对查出的问题要及时发出维修通知，以保证这些区域的设备设施处于完好的状况。
6.Work out the training plan (especially on technical aspect) for the staff.
负责制定和实施下属员工的培训计划，着重加强服务意识、技术水平、一专多能等方面的培训。
7.Check maintenance work of respective duty team and finalize daily work report.
对各维修工的工作进行统计，编报每天的工作日报表。
8.Be charge of assigning tasks, deal with technical problems, and supervise maintenance work progress while on duty. 
负责工程维修派工工作，处理值班时发生的有关技术设备维修事务，督导各种维修工作的具体落实
9.Do duty record, check equipment operation form of all teams；
作好值班记录，审阅各班组设备运行报表；
10.Answer skill problems all teams encountered, guide their maintenance work. Duty engineer should be present while encountering great maintenance.
解答值班中各班遇到的技术咨询，指导日常维修工作。重要或重大维修要亲临现场指导。
11.Carry out any further duties and when required and assigned by superiors.
执行工程总监下达的其它工作指令。
12.As the hotel’s level of business varies considerably, there is a need for flexibility in attitude, approach and working hours.
