Key Responsibilities 主要职责

 The Assistant Front Office Manager is responsible to maintain the highest standard of guest service and satisfaction. Also responsible for engendering team spirit and motivation in all staff, and must also be fair and just in any staff disciplinary action required.

在当班期间保证本部门的有效运作。要保持最高的对客服务水平和赢得客人的最大满意。同时也负责培养员工的团队意识和工作积极性。并且公正地对待每一位员工的违纪行为。

 Delegates and supervises all Managerial staff within the Department and assist them in preparing work schedules.

监督前厅管理层职员的日常工作,开展对话,帮助他们准备工作计划。

 Conforms to and enforces policies, procedures, rules and regulations as laid down by Sofitel and the Hotel in order to achieve the highest levels of uniformity and guest service.

按照索菲特的管理规定开展工作,做到规范服务一体化.。

 Prepares weekly staffing schedules, monitors staff attendance and assist in planning work schedules.

准备周工作计划,检查员工的出勤情况,帮助他们准备工作计划

 Maintains a Hotel log books on incidents, complaints etc. and refer them, if required to the appropriate department for follow up action.

准备一本工作日志,记下事故和客人投诉,以便相关部门跟踪解决问题。

 Pays special attention to the proper upkeep of the Hotel, especially of the front desk, the hallways and the lobby.

注意酒店前台,大堂等处的维修保养。

 In collaboration with the Director of Engineer, keeps himself/herself informed about security and safety matters in the Hotel (fire instructions, etc…)

协助工程总监,熟知酒店安全设施情况(火警指示等)。

 The Assistant Front Office Manager is responsible for receiving and escorting all VIP’s and ensuring that they feel comfortable and welcome on arrival to hotel..

前厅部副经理要负责迎接和陪同所有重要客人以确保他们在酒店入住时受到热情的欢迎并感觉舒适。

 Maintains and supervises all controls relatives to the Front Office department as per policy by management

根据管理原则,保持和监督有关前厅部的所有控制权。 

 Participates in person in certain occasions: especially in group reception and in the organization of special events held at the Hotel.

在特定情况下亲自参与:尤其是团体接待及在酒店组织特别活动的团体游客。

 Assists all area in the Front Office Dept. as required. (i.e.: Guest Relations, Service Center, Front Desk, Concierge, Club Millesime)

按照需要帮助所有的前厅部工作岗位.(例如:客户关系、服务中心、前台、礼宾部、索菲特会所)

 Checks and ensures that all rooms assigned for VIPs are in order and the respective amenities are placed in the room/suites before arrival.

检查和确保所有为重要客人分配的房间在客人抵达前已经准备就绪,而且客房中所需用具均已布置完毕。

 Replaces the Duty Manager. When necessary on their rest day and annual leave.

在值班经理休息或者休年假时,要代替宾客服务经理工作。

 Assists as required/requested with the solving of any guest complaints/upsets.

协助处理客人的询问和投诉。

 Meets in persons all complaining customers to attempt to regain their business; replies in writing to complaints when required.

亲自接待投诉客户并全力赢得客户信任;如有需要,须书面回复客户投诉。

 Reports guests comments and reactions in view to recommend changes to improve services.

汇报客人的评价和反映,以便于改进后提高服务水平。

 Ensures all Front Office staff is correctly uniformed per relevant area outlet.

确保所有的前厅部员工制服穿着正确,符合每一个岗位的工作要求。

 Ensures that you as an Assistant Front Office Manager are constantly aware of and `up-to-date' with all happenings and operations within the Hotel. It is vital that he/she have an obvious presence throughout the Hotel, and be visible and moving through public areas and departments continually whilst on duty.

作为一名前厅部副经理,要始终密切关注酒店的运作和最亲发生的事情。在当班期间必须时刻巡视酒店的各个公共区域和各部门,令员工时刻注意到你的存在。

 Responsible for ensuring clear and constant communication lines are kept with all staff and hotel departments.

要负责跟所有的员工和酒店的各个部门保持良好的沟通。

 Ensure that as an Assistant Front Office Manager are completely aware of all hotel services and facilities, outlet operating hours and scope of service.

作为前厅部副经理要对酒店的服务质量和设施设备以及餐厅的营业时间及服务范围了如指掌。

 Acquires through training provided a comprehensive knowledge of hotel's Property Management System (OPERA), Telephone System.

通过培训,要掌握酒店电脑系统(OPERA)、话务系统。

 Personally organize and lead the new hire training, on job training to the Front Office new hires and colleagues. To make sure expert service was provided to hotel guest according Hotel brand standard. 

亲自组织,领导培训工作。包括前厅部入职的新员工,及已经在职的在岗培训。确保前厅部员工时刻为客人提供符合品牌标准的服务。

 Reads the logbooks / follow-up books of all areas within the Front Office area.

要阅读前厅部各个岗位的工作日志并落实各项工作。

 Follows progress of competitors (service, prices, etc)

仿效同行业竞争对手的进步(服务,价格等)。

 Responsible for the entire Front Office operation in the absence of the Front Office Manager.

在前厅部经理缺席期间,负责前厅部的工作。

 Maintains close working relationships with other departments and attends any meetings in the absence of the Front Office Manager as required.

同其它的部门保持良好的工作关系,在前厅部经理缺席时,根据需要参加任何会议。

 Assumes other duties as assigned by the Front Office Manager.

完成前厅部经理分配的其它工作。

 Oversees the daily movement of guest activities and be able to resolve any guest complaints and to establish an amicable Relationship with guests, clients and customers of the Hotel.

观察客人的日常行为和活动,消除客人的不满并且同客人,和酒店的客户建立起友好的关系。

 Through close supervision, recommends improvement in operation, especially in the aspects of developing better service standards, increasing revenue and reducing costs.

通过细致入微的管理改善酒店的运作,特别是在提高服务标准,增加酒店收入,减少损失方面。

Perform other related duties & special projects as assigned by the supervisor.

随时执行上级分配的其他相关任务或特殊项目。
