Lead security staffs to providesafety, security, fire, traffic control and guest service. Assist the Asst. SecurityManager to proceed, implement and complete safety & service tasks to ensurehotel guests & staffs’ safety.
带领所属班安全员执行各项治安、保卫、消防、交通管理和对客服务，协助安全副经理执行、推动和完成安全部各项安全管理和服务工作，确保酒店客人和员工的财产安全

Conduct random baginspections of associates as they entering and leaving the building. Enforce assetremoval policy to prevent assets being removed from the hotel without properauthority.
在员工进出酒店时对其包裹进行随机的检查。遵循酒店财物管理的原则，在未行到特许的情况下严禁酒店财物外流。
Provide escort services for fellowassociates who are required to carry large amount of cash if necessary.
如有需要，应对携带大量现金的同事提供护送服务。
Set up outside patrolpoints at entrances/exits to keep out unrelated personnel.
在酒店的出入口安排外围巡视点，以确保在酒店周围无闲杂人等
Conduct random inspections of the hotel to ensure that safety andsecurity practices are being followed.Forexample, clearance of fire exits; fire hose reel doors without obstruction ofequipments;cleannessin stacked goods areaand sufficientsprinkler heads etc.

Take appropriate action to resolve guest complaints. Communicate withguests in a manner which promotes goodwill, trust and satisfaction.

Be familiar with first aid and fire emergency procedure.

Interact with department and hotel associates in a professional andpositive manner to foster good rapport, promote team spirit and ensureeffective two-way communication.
