岗位职责：

Provide quality service to the customer by responding to their requestspromptly, efficiently and courteously during check-in, check-out and throughouttheir stay.

对于客人入住登记、住店和离店过程中提出的要求做出迅速快速和礼貌的回应。

Maintain control of guest and hotel accounts ensuring that all charges areaccurate and posted on a timely basis.

维护相关账户并保证所有的账单都准确并按时地入到对应的账户。

Maintain strict security procedures with credit and cash, accountingprocedures, issue of room keys and guest confidentiality.

维护严格的信用卡和现金的安全程序，财务程序，分发房间钥匙的程序并确保客户信息的保密性。

Assist, as required calls for reservations.? Ensure accurate, up todate information is given.

按照要求帮助客人预定房间。保证准确并且信息的及时与完整。

Follow policies and procedures outlined in the Departmental ServiceStandards / Procedures Manual.

遵守部门服务标准、程序手册和温德姆政策规定的品牌标准。
