The hotel neighbors the sea on the east, the new municipal Administration Center on the west and Business & Commerce Center on the South. It is only 12 kilometers away from Yantai International Airport.      The hotel boasts its 48 floors with 707 rooms, including Presidential Suits, Serviced Apartments, Executive Suites, Deluxe Suites, Superior Rooms and Rooms for handicapped. The majority of our hotel guest rooms and suites feature mesmerizing views of the dynamic coastline and surrounding areas.
   烟台南山皇冠假日酒店位于风景秀丽的烟台市新区，东临大海，西临烟台市新的行政中心，南临未来的烟台市商业中心，酒店距烟台国际机场只有12公里。该酒店由烟台南山集团投资按白金五星级标准建造的，由国际著名酒店管理集团洲际酒店管理集团管理，是烟台市标志性建筑。
   酒店建筑面积约12万平方米，高180米，其中地上48层，地下2层，共计50层。共有客房707间，含总统套房，行政套房，豪华套房，公寓式客房，标准房及残疾人房。大多数客房均拥有迷人的海景，海天相连，海景市景尽收眼底。
