Establish good public relations with all guests.
3.在任何时候都要向客人提供最新、最准确的信息。
Provide guests with the most accurate and up todate information at all times.
4.对本岗位发生的事情作常规汇报。
To report regularly on the happenings within the section.
5.通过掌握正确的工作程序，安排长途电话。
Thorough knowledge of proper procedures inarranging long distance calls.
6.要掌握现有的传呼和音响系统的知识。
Knowledge in operation of existing paging and sound system.
7.熟悉饭店的所有分机号码。
Thorough familiarity with existing extension numbers of hotel.
8.系统了解酒店的员工手册并遵守其中包含的规章制度。
To have a complete understanding of the Hotel’s employee handbook and adhere to the regulations contained.
