工作职责：
1. 负责备货及食材清洗等工作。
2. 负责烧腊、卤、浸所用的食品。
3. 负责所有烧腊食品如烧鸭、烤乳猪。
4. 做好各类食品、半成品、肉类品的保管工作。
5. 检查每日工作流程是否正常操作。
6. 根据标准食谱来确保出品食物符合要求.
7. 做好负责范围的公共卫生，服从大厨安排，遵守各项规章制度。
工作要求：
1.需要同等相关厨房经验。
2.能吃苦耐劳，为人正直，有责任心。
3.需要有效的操作和使用厨房生产设备和工具的能力。
