工作职责：
1. 按照酒店标准，落实上级安排的各项餐前准备与场地布置工作，保障服务环境规范达标。
2. 依据部门服务流程与核心标准，统筹餐饮服务工作，为宾客提供优质、完整的用餐体验。
3. 负责餐饮出品传递与衔接工作，确保厨房、酒吧餐饮品及时、准确送至宾客餐桌。
4. 完成上级指派的每周例行任务，准时参与各类培训，持续提升服务管理能力。
5. 维护所辖服务区域清洁整洁，负责账单核对与收银工作，保证账务准确无误。
6. 跟进采购订单落实情况，合理管控日常物资库存，保障运营所需供应充足。
7. 维护与常客的良好关系，主动受理并妥善处理宾客投诉，提升宾客满意度。
8. 严格遵守酒店员工手册及四季各项规章制度，带领团队执行标准化服务与管理要求。

工作要求：
1.至少1年国际品牌酒店的同岗位工作经验。
2.能吃苦耐劳，为人正直，有责任心。
3.良好的英文沟通能力。
4.具备团队精神。

Four Seasons Hotel Guangzhou occupies the top 30 floors of the main tower of Guangzhou International Finance Center, standing by the scenic Pearl River. The hotel features 344 luxurious guest rooms and suites. Through the full-panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows in each room, guests can enjoy a sweeping view of the city skyline, feeling as if they are "above the clouds". It has 7 F&B outlets in total, including one Michelin One-Star Chinese restaurant and one Michelin-recommended restaurant. It is a stylish gathering spot in the city for exquisite food and wine, perfect service, and a vibrant social atmosphere.
Responsibilities
1. Complete all pre-service preparation and venue arrangement assigned by superiors in accordance with the hotel's highest standards to ensure a standardized service environment.
2. Oversee food and beverage services in line with departmental service processes and core standards, providing guests with high-quality and complete dining experience.
3. Be responsible for the delivery and connection of food and beverage products, ensuring timely and accurate service of dishes and drinks from kitchen and bar to guests.
4. Fulfill weekly routine tasks assigned by superiors and attend all designated trainings punctually to continuously improve service and management capabilities.
5. Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of assigned service areas, and take charge of bill verification and cashiering to ensure accurate accounts.
6. Follow up on the implementation of purchase orders, properly manage daily material inventory to ensure sufficient supply for daily operation.
7. Maintain good relationships with regular guests, proactively accept and properly handle guest complaints to improve guest satisfaction.
8. Strictly abide by the hotel staff handbook and all rules and regulations of Four Seasons, leading the team to implement standardized service and management requirements.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills
1.At least 1 year of work experience in an international brand hotel.
2.Hardworking, upright and responsible.
3.Good  English communication skills.
4.Strong team spirit.
