Position Summary:
Perform general office duties tosupport Sales & Marketing (e.g., filing, sending emails, typing, sendingoutgoing faxes, delivering incoming faxes, copying, opening or distributingmail). Receive, record, and relay messages accurately, completely, and legibly.Gather materials and assemble information packages and marketing materials(e.g., brochures, promotional materials, maps, price lists, or menus). Verifythat individuals meet eligibility requirements for preview package sales/toursprior to scheduling a tour for a property. Record, calculate total, and reportnumbers of package sales/tours sold to manager/supervisor on a daily basis.Generate letters, invitations, and final participant/attendee lists. Maintainand update databases, spreadsheets, and electronic filing systems related toSales and Marketing activities (e.g., tours, mailings). Enter, retrieve,reconcile, and verify information (e.g., commissions, leads, third parties) insoftware involved in the sales process.
Report accidents, injuries, andunsafe work conditions to manager. Follow all company policies and procedures;ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintainconfidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Speak withothers using clear and professional language; prepare and review writtendocuments accurately and completely; answer telephones using appropriateetiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others;support team to reach common goals. Read and visually verify information in avariety of formats (e.g., small print). Move, lift, carry, push, pull, andplace objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Performother reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
