SCOPE : The Director of Leasing is responsible for maximizing the leasing business of the hotel, while upholding excellent guest service and accommodations to all guests. This position will work closely with the hotel’s preferred accounts and angencies. The Director of Leasing manages the sales effort and supports the General Manager on operational issues.
职责范围：租赁总监负责酒店租赁业务的最大化经营，同时保证为顾客提供优质的住宿和服务。这一职位将与酒店客户和中介机构保持紧密联系。租赁总监负责管理酒店的销售业绩并在日常运营上支持总经理的工作。 

EDUCATION : A university degree or college diploma in business administration, marketing, communications, public relations, advertising or a related field is required.
教育背景：大学本科或专科，工商管理、市场、传媒、公关、广告或相关专业。 

EXPERIENCE : A minimum of 5 years previous supervisory or management experience in sales, marketing, public relations and/or the tourism industry is required.
工作经验：至少5年在销售、市场、公关或旅游行业团队中担任管理岗位。

其它技能：英语汉语听说读写流利，懂其它欧洲外语者优先考虑，MS Office, Power Point, Fidelio/opera, GDS and Web等电脑技能。
