Assist to make plans and schedules, estimate origin costs, control and conduct all maintenance as well as transformation, including all engineering projects. Supervise and train duty engineers and general staff. Ensure high efficiency of operation. Reach the best result with the help of engineering principles and rules. Use all equipments with high efficiency, credibility and safety.

1. Education Background 学历：
     College graduate in electrical and mechanical engineering major or equivalent education background.
     电子或机电工程本科毕业或同等学历。
 2. Experience 工作经验
     In a similar position within 5 star hotels, overall proven track record in Engineering for a minimum period of 5 years.
     在五星级酒店具有相同或相似职位，至少五年。
 3. Skills 相关技能：
     Written Skills, ability to write reports.
     写作能力，做报告的能力。
     Performance Management.

     Concern for Quality.

     Well-balance and friendly but strong personality.
