岗位职责
1.负责管理订房中介信息，房态、房价的及时更新；
2.负责使用维护预定系统，并以报表形式对数据进行查看、管理；
3.查看交班，处理交班的工作；
4.了解最新房间流量情况及当日可预定房态状况；
5.运用公司所设立的销售门店渠道平台接受客人咨询及预订；
6.落实跟进次日客人到店及入住情况，及时对门店进行对接；
7.客户资料库的建立维护与更新，了解客户来源，为总部市场营销工作做数据采集；
8.协助花间堂品牌在网络上的媒体推广，处理客人在网络平台上的点评及回馈；
9.完成上级指派的其它工作任务；任职条件
1.具有较强的责任心，良好的服务意识和敬业精神。
2.中专及以上学历，20-30岁，普通话标准，有一定英文基础，嗓音甜美。
3.电脑操作熟练，精通word、excel等办公软件的操作，有较强的网络应用技术与操作技能，熟练运用QQ、MSN、EMAIL。
4.性格热情开朗，善于与人沟通，具有较强的团队精神，做事细心。
5.能适应早、中倒班；
语言能力：英语-一般计算机能力：良好年龄要求：20-30岁
