岗位职责：
1. 公司硬件设备（服务器、电脑、电话、打印机）安装、配置、运行以及常规故障处理；
2. 负责全国门店电脑软硬件技术支持；
3. 负责公司内部系统(邮件系统、OA系统、PMS系统)日常维护和培训；
4. 对数据进行日常维护，定期对系统数据进行备份、转储；
5. 解决排除各类软硬件故障，作好记录，定期制作系统运行报告；
任职资格：
1. 大专及以上学历，计算机相关专业，1年以上企业IT工作经验；
2. 扎实的计算机软硬件知识；熟悉基本网络维护作业，知悉基本布线规则；
3. 了解Windows server 2008操作系统，熟悉域环境，了解常用的服务器应用
4. 具备良好的沟通协调能力，服务意识，能承受工作压力；
5. 对致远OA产品有一定了解，有维护经验；
6. 拥有CISCO网络工程师CCNA或CCNP认证优先考虑。
7. 了解常见服务协议，比如：TCPIP协议、各类路由协议、WEB服务、DNS服务、DHCP服务、HTTP服务等。
