岗位职责：
- 拟定酒店客房的在线销售计划，完成团队和散客的线上销售目标；
- 负责与OTA渠道进行业务对接，维护渠道关系，完成渠道谈判、签约、上线等；
- 操作与维护网络渠道后台更新、完善、价格维护、订单的处理等；
- 进行市场拓展，对民宿酒店的价格体系、竞争力等进行分析，实施动态房价策略；
- 运用销售技能，提高公司产品点击率、售卖率，灵活调整渠道产品上下线；
- 及时回复客人的提问和点评，提高宾客的满意度。
任职要求：
- 专科或专科以上学历，电子商务、信息、计算机等相关专业优先；
- 有强烈的事业心，责任感和勇于开拓的精神，拥有良好的沟通协调能力；
- 精通网络销售渠道、市场开发，公共关系，经营策划，及推广等；
- 有独立组织项目营销工作能力，兼备项目策划和市场分析能力；
- 愿意与创业公司共同发展，与团队共同成长；
- 有民宿或品牌旅行社工作经验优先考虑。
