岗位职责
1.在领班的指导下准备好干净的布草，客用品和完好的设备在工作车上。
2.检查迷你吧并补充客人的消费量。
3.倒空并清洁烟缸和废纸篓。
4.适时为客人做床和在晚上做夜床以达到酒店标准。
5.按要求对家具抹灰和地毯洗尘。
6.收集所有脏布草，并放在布草车内。
7.汇报所有客房里必要的维修和设备给领班。
8.所有的设备处于良好的状态。
9.收集房间用品设备，清洁药水和餐饮物品。
10.清洁领班委派的计划清洁、工作间，走廊和后楼梯。
11.在楼层等候并为客人给予服务（如有必要的话）。
12.汇报给领班在楼层走廊或大厅里发现的可疑人物。
13.涉及一些投诉的报告给领班。
14.执行有领班委派的其他工作。
15.每日清扫房间的工作量核定为14间大床房，其余房间按照酒店相关规定予以折算。
