• The Events Studio Coordinator is responsible for the daily Business centre operations i.e. faxing, photocopying, and other guest enquires. The Events Studio Coordinator must deliver customer service with poise based on the hotels standards and procedures. They must also conduct up selling and cross selling to maximize the hotel revenue and the guest experience.

• Up sell and cross sell of hotel rooms and facilities to maximize revenue.
