1.具有星级酒店餐饮部运营管理经验，能够建立符合规范的各项工作流程，并组织培训与实施督导。有会议型酒店和度假酒店工作经历者优先。
2.掌握餐饮部出品和前厅等各部位管理工作情况，能够进行预算编制与管控，做好运营费用和成本管理。
3.具有餐饮服务经验与组织接待能力，掌握宴会、团餐、零点、自助餐等用餐形式的服务工作流程与接待特点。
4.能够根据创收和接待工作需要，组织开展餐饮营销和饮食及服务创新研发工作。
5.掌握酒店餐饮食品卫生管理要求，能够组织实施与贯彻执行，保证餐饮部出品与服务接待工作达到食药监部门食品卫生管理标准，符合旅游管理部门星级酒店餐饮接待规范。
6.能够服从山庄工作安排，按照山庄和餐饮部运营时间和接待工作特点安排作息时间。
