职责描述：
1、独立完成培训项目方案的策划、制定及实施
2、与需求部门沟通和深入工作环境，了解和发掘培训需求，辅助培训项目实施的精确度，提升培训质量。
3、开发外部培训资源，对管理层制定合理的培训方案
4、配合教学研发部撰写培训相关教学文档，及时提供相关教学资料，协助完成课程的研发
5、探索多样化的培训方法，研讨新的教学工具，不断提高培训的有用度和满意度
6、完成上级交办的任务
任职要求：
1、酒店管理优先
2、3年以上集团培训工作经验
3、良好的英语听说读写能力，有很强的沟通及学习能力，有效发现问题及修正的意识，良好的计划、控制、组织能力。
语言能力：英语-良好计算机能力：良好
