岗位职责
1.开餐前做好全面的卫生工作，认真做好自己所负责区域的卫生工作，保证提供优雅干净的卫生环境；
2.服从领班安排，按照工作程序与标准做好各项开餐准备工作
3.爱护设备物品，做好保养维护工作，尤其是每月的计划卫生保养工作天；
4.保证开餐结束后的整洁卫生，达到下一次的开餐要求，总之做好收尾工作
9.自学遵守部门规定的各项制度；
岗位要求
基本素质：对工作有责任心。
自然条件：身体健康
工作经验：1年以上酒店工作经验。
特殊要求：工作细心、耐心。
国际联号工作经历：优先语言能力：中国普通话-精通
