Key Duties and Responsibilities 
1. Review payment request and payment voucher to ensure that amount is correct and account code correctly allocated.
2. The incumbent in this position is concerned with the overseeing and supervision of the general ledger, accounts  payable, accounts  receivables and general cashier  Responsible fr the monthly closing of accounts.  Ensure that all revenues, cost and expenses are correctly booked-in by each section.
3.    Review all journal vouchers prepared general ledger section.
4.    Analyse monthly departmental Profit & Loss statement.
5.    Review balance sheet breakdown & bank reconciliation.
6.    Reconcile inter -unit accounts with Owners
7.   Ensure that reports for the local government are prepared and delivered on a timely basis.
8.   Ensure that the information and information security equipment assets under your control are secured as effectively as practically possible to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the inform ationassets.
9. Detect and report Information Securityincidents to the Information Securityofficer and respond to any incidents that are reported.
10. Safeguard the security of the company's information and computing assets and comply with the  implemented  Information Security Policy and all practices and supporting procedures designed in accordance  with the policy.
11. Review the general store reports submitted by cost controller.
