4.迎接宾客,为顾客和来访者传达信息。介绍酒店的设施和服务,传递铂尔曼的好客和亲切的承诺。
5.坚持在任何时候都以最专业和正直的态度处理业务和与客人交流。
6.定义潜在业务,通过私人访问、电话和信件和先前以及潜在客户保持联系,以便和他们建立合同关系。
7.代表酒店与客人进行协商,但不超越本职权限。定期联系重要客户和政府部门,特别是有公司业务的客户,并将客户的负面反应及时反馈给管理层。时刻关注酒店的特殊项目/促销活动和广告计划以便灵活应对客户。
8.确保销售团队及其服务符合客户要求。如果遇到客人投诉,应主动担当酒店和客人之间的调解人。

1.Oversees and directs all aspects of the Sales and Marketing activities. Responsibilities include overseeing the planning and development of promotional strategies and marketing plans; oversee and assist with the development and implementation of the sales and marketing plan; management of the sales and marketing team and reporting on effectiveness of the plan. Responsibilities also require direct and routine interaction with Regional Sales and Marketing office.
2.The Director of Sales & Distribution is to promote the hotel in his/her assigned area/territory and to achieve optimal sales at the best possible conditions for the company to update with the market. Ensures the efficient and effective management of the sales team towards the attainment of the overall goals and objectives. Develops, motivates and effectively supports the sales, marketing and reservations teams.
3.Ensures that all marketing, sales, advertising, reservations and public relations efforts will provide both optimum profit returns and increased sales; to keep management aware of the overall marketing program so that all property activities will be integrated; to promote leadership to all associates; to ensure that all marketing goals are met and maintained.
4.Is responsible for planning, directing and evaluating all sales and marketing activities including direct sales, catering sales, room sales, food & beverage sales, reservations and for managing, in concert with corporate level staff, public relations and advertising efforts to maximize profit potential and enhance the property image. Products developed and services provided are instrumental in promoting and maintaining a true competitive advantage in the marketplace.
5.Welcomes, recommends the hotel's range of services on offer. Provides updates and information for guests and visitors. Is responsible for the Pullman promise of proximity and sociability.
6.Maintains the highest level of professionalism and integrity at all times, whether in appearance or in dealing with others.
