  工作职责：
1. Prepares revenue daily and monthly reports and journals, review voids, complimentary room report, and room discrepancy report. 
准备每日收入报告和月报告，分类帐，审核减帐、免费房报告以及房间差异报告
2. Reconcile guest ledgers balance in total to the General Ledger. Ensuring that the computer system ( if applicable ) is in balance on a daily basis, and that there are no inactive folios suspended in the system.
确保客帐余额与每日电脑系统结平，无怠帐留存在系统内。
3. Ensure that daily revenues are accounted for correctly, completely and on a timely basis.
确保日常收入帐目正确、完整并及时。
4. Review and administer folios for proper documentation, especially for authorization of credit given and credit cards’ vouchers are attached to the respective folios. 
复查和管理适当的文件，尤其是经过授权给予信用挂账或信用卡凭证附件等是否完整。
5. Investigate “void” corrections to ensure that they are properly documented and duly authorized.
调查减帐确保他们有正确的证明附件并合理认可。
6. Discrepancy noted must be resolved with the front office Manager, and anything unresolved will have to be referred to the Director of Finance.
任何差异性记录必须由前台经理解决，任何不确定的事情应提交给财务总监商讨如何处理决定。
7. Review room statistics for correctness and completeness.
正确、完整的复查客房房间统计
8. Random check on correctness of room rates changed
随意抽查房费变更的正确性。
9. Ensure all complimentary rooms, rooms upgrading or changes are properly authorized.
确保所有免费房间，房间升级是经过授权认可的。
10. Random checks on room keys control, meal coupons, and foreign exchange.
随意抽查房间的钥匙控制，餐券和外币兑换。
11. To do surprise cash count on collections and floats’ of all cashiers together with the Chief Accountant and General Cashier.
和总会计师和出纳不定期抽查清点收款和所有备用金。
12. Ensure that all cashiers are familiar with the cashiering procedure and indemnities of floats are properly signed and balance to the General Ledger.
确保所有收银员熟悉收银程序和备用金经过正确的签署与总账一致。
13. Ensure all clearance accounts are cleared every month in the General Ledger.
确保每月总账中的过渡账为零。
14. Audit the daily revenue figures and supporting folios and vouchers submitted by Night Auditors.
审核日常收入金额和由夜审递交的凭证。
15. Audit the daily cash summary prepared by the General Cashier
审核由总出纳准备的日常现金汇总。
16. Compile related dept. allowance and paid outs for controller's verification and approval.
完成相关部门经理津贴和支出给财务总监确认和批准。
17. Complete for posting to general ledger the Night Auditor's Report, the Daily F&B Revenue Report and the General Cashier's Report.
完成并给总帐会计记录夜审的报告、餐饮部日常收入报告和总出纳的报告
18. Check room rate discrepancy report and housekeeping room status report.
核查房间差异比例报告和客房房间状况报告。
19. Liaise with all revenue generating centres to ensure that all policies and procedures are in place.
和所有产生收入的营业部门沟通以确保所有政策和程序到位
20. Communicate with Front Office Cashiers and F&B Cashiers on all hotel's policies and procedures.
与前厅部收银和餐饮部收银沟通酒店所有的政策与程序。
21. Investigate all revenue discrepancies with the revenue generating and ensure section heads concerned
查明收入差异并引起部门经理关注。
22. Ensure that all hotel's policies and procedures are complied with.
确保遵照酒店所有政策程序。
23. Ensure that all revenues are correctly and accurately taken up
确保所有收入正确并保持精确
24. Ensure that all reports are prepared and distributed on a timely basis
确保所有报告准备就绪并及时分发。

岗位要求：
1：Two years experience in Income Auditor酒店财务审计工作经验2年以上
2：A certificate with Accountant basic level preferable 持有会计资格证；
3：Proficiency in Opera and Micros  System 精通酒店审计相关系统；
4：Knowledge of Accounts Receivable 了解应收会计操作知识
