Handle telephone inquiries, reservations and the subsequent input into the computer system.
Work at all times in maximizing Pullman Lijiang Resort & Spa occupancy potential, whilst protecting the Hotel's business mix.
Maintain a professional, yet friendly business manner in all guest and client liaison, personally, in correspondence and on the telephone.
Effectively respond to and handle guest problems and complaints
Ensure that guest histories in PMS are accurate and personalized.
Ensure that all information relating to a reservation is keyed correctly into PMS and is of the highest quality. Errors are kept to an absolute minimum.
Responsible for ensuring that all reservation filing and correspondence is carried out on daily basis. Filing must be strictly monitored and filed in a way which ensures that all information is quickly on hand and easily located by all staff within Sales & Marketing.
Receive processes and confirms all room reservations channeled efficiently and courteously:
Ensure that reservations are processed based on the established room availability, applicable rates and billing arrangements.
Proceed to key in the system with all necessary information
File all reservations forms according to dates of arrival at the end of each day.
Input new Corporate/Travel Agency into the master list and update rates accordingly.
