每日与客房部管家或助理管家交流情况。
以对酒店的详尽了解来回答客人的提问。
始终保持工作区域干净整齐。
保证所有设备保持良好的工作状态。
与其它部门合作完成任何必要的工作，以保证酒店的高效运转。
及时向保卫部报告可疑人物。
能够适应变动的工作时间，可以上早班和夜班，并可以在周末和公共假日上班。
通过推测客人的需求和为客人提供帮助来推销酒店的服务。
Checks a maximum of 80 rooms or 40 villas in an 8-hour shift for quality and consistency making sure they meet specified standards of cleanliness.
Communicates with Executive Housekeeper or Assistant daily.
Answers guest questions by having a full knowledge of hotel facilities.
Keeps work area clean and tidy at all times
Ensure that all equipment is kept in clean working condition.
Co-ordinates with other departments any work necessary to maintain the efficient and effective operation of the Hotel.
Reports any suspicious persons to Security department immediately.
Flexible with working hours, able to work day shift, evening shift week – ends and Public holidays.
Helps promote the hotel's range of services on offer (e.g. the bar) by anticipating customer needs and responding to guests' requests.
