1、开餐时礼貌热情地问候、接待光顾餐厅的客人，为客人介绍菜单、填写客人食品和酒水订单，为客人提供食品服务及酒水服务，并协助酒水员为客人提供特殊酒水服务；
2、服务中须精神饱满，反应灵活，随时观察客人的反应，注意做好餐厅餐具、布草、杂项的补充，更换工作：注意关心、照顾病残及幼小客人，做到在客人示意前或从客人的表情、动作中及时地了解客人的需求，按服务程序与标准，准确地为客人提供服务；
3、服务中须将客人提出的建议与投诉及时地报告给领班、经理，立即进行解决、纠正，提高客人的满意度；
4、客人用餐结束时，需主动征询客人意见，为客人提供准确、及时的结账服务（须按照结账服务的工作程序和标准严格执行）后，为客人拉椅，目送客人至餐厅门口，与客人告别；
5、营业结束后，需做好收尾工作；当班结束后，需做好收尾工作；当班结束后，需做好交接工作；6、薪资待遇：2000-2400。
