岗位职责:
1. Check and update the guest booking information, and provide the corresponding service;
检查和更新预抵客人的预订信息,并安排相应的服务;
2. Process and handle all telephone calls, faxes, e-mail, internet and other ways of room reservation booking, also to ensure accurate entry to the OPERA system;
处理电话、传真、电子邮件、网络等不同渠道发送的房间预订信息,并确保订房信息准确的录入到酒店系统;
3. To review and improvement of the existing operation procedures so as to provide timely, efficient service and accurate information for the hotel internal and external customers, while maintaining employee satisfaction;
不断改进现有的操作规程来为酒店内部和外部客人提供及时、有效的服务和准确的信息,同时保持员工的满意度;4. Reasonable room control state changes, to maximize revenue;
合理控制房态变化,实现收益最大化;
任职要求:
1. Good communication skills;
良好的沟通技巧;
2. Good organization skills;
良好的组织能力
3. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office;
精通办公软件;
4. English Fluent in both writing and speaking;
流利的英语说、写能力;
