Responsibilities
 
 1.Monitor & process the Purchase Requisition (PR) & Market List (ML)
 
Provide clerical and administrative support to purchasing team
Raise Purchase Orders in SAP systems and ensure accuracy and timeliness of data capture, ensure the vendors receive the purchase orders for delivery and receiving.
Monitor transportation to ensure that goods delivery in schedule and follow up undelivered goods.
assurance of compliance of the purchasing policy and DAL, Assist projects assigned by Senior Executive /Purchasing Manager
Prepare and update PR/PO outstanding report.
 
2. Handling the Provisioning arrangement
Communicate with the port agent and vendors to organize and ensure smooth handling of provisioning.
Prepare Delivery schedule.
 
3. Others
Prepare Request for Payment (RPF)
Any other duties, that may be reasonably be requested by superior from time to time.
 
Requirement
University graduate;
At least 1 -2 year(s) of relevant working experience in procurement/Trading;
Responsible, detailed minded, self-motivated, proactive and good organization skills;
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
Good comment of written and spoken English, Chinese;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
Knowledge in SAP will be an added advantage.
